1. Would this Baby Designer Diaper Bags work well for a plane ride with a 3.5yr old and 18month old? Carrying a Lot of stuff including a DVD player and iPad.

It's pretty roomy. You could definitely fit both of those plus a change of clothes for each kiddo. If you need diapers for both kids, it might start to feel a little cramped. We use it with our 21 month old with diapers, swim gear (suit, two changes of clothes, extra swim diapers), plus a book/other toy, and snacks/drink. Then it has pockets for diaper cream/sunscreen, etc. as well as hand sanitizer and my hand lotion. I also manage to fit in my wallet, sunglasses, phone, and keys. The only time it has felt cramped is when she tried to stuff a larger baby doll in there as well.

2. Is there a place in this Baby Designer Diaper Bags that My wife could put an iPad mini and a wallet?

There definitely is room to put both of those items in this bag. I wouldn't say there is a spot that is made specifically for an iPod Mini or wallet but there are enough pockets to allow you to have the room for them.

Yes, those things would definitely all fit. There are 2 zippered sections in the main part of the bag. Both have 2 elastic pockets (4 total) that are deep and easily fit a bottle. There's also the cooler zipper section on the side that I'm able to fit 2 bottles in.

5. Will it fit 2 wide neck bottles with small ice back?

Two wide bottles probably won't fit. It would definitely fit one wide 8 oz bottle or two standard sized bottles.
